The "Slit Coater" is a device that discharges ink from a slit-shaped application nozzle and applies it uniformly to the surface of a workpiece on a stage while moving. It can handle high viscosities ranging from 1 to 20,000 (mPa·s) through dedicated pumps and piping systems. For high film thickness, adjustments can be made with the application speed and shim thickness.
